WGML to LaTeX Conversion

One of my pet projects is to convert the Open Watcom documentation from WGML format to LaTeX format. This will be a major effort. I have converted the OWSTL Design Document to LaTeX and posted a PDF of the converted document here for public review.

Open Watcom v2. This is a friendly fork of the main project by Jiri Malak. At the moment this is fork is more active than the main project.
